Matt Leffler

Matt's artistic journey began at a young age, and by the time I first met him, he was already a highly accomplished sketch artist, poet, and thinker. Often misunderstood by his peers, he has a talent for transforming conventional thoughts into something grandiose, which is reflected in his glass sculptures to this day. His workshop is located in the quiet coastal town of San Luis Obispo, close to his cherished family, and you can see his passion reflected not only in his art but also in how he interacts with the world.

I have been fortunate to have a long-lasting friendship with my friend Matt Leffler, whom I met over 14 years ago. It has been amazing to see his growth and transformation into a talented glass artist. I am proud to say that he is now one of the sole artists of Faun. His dedication and passion for his craft are truly inspiring, and I am constantly in awe of his beautiful and unique creations. Our friendship has only grown stronger over the years, and I am grateful to have been able to witness his journey to success. I look forward to many more years of friendship and seeing where his artistry takes him.
